Flicking the bird at Mental Health.

You will notice on every item made in our Essex workshop we add our unique signature stamp.  A subtle middle finger up, if its from us it will have it on there somewhere unless its a kids bangle and then we replace it with a pretty and less offensive heart.  PNK Lettuce is supposed to be unacceptable, to push boundaries, and to be different to the normal jewellery brands you will find on the high street.  We want you to be able to express yourself with your accessories especially in situations where its not appropriate to shout out far too loud that your current mood is fuck off

Our ethos is middle fingers up to the haters.  As its mental health week we flick our bird at anxiety, depression and all those horrid feelings that people can't see.  Why be ordinary?  Express yourself with something completely individual.  If you don't give a fuck then tell the world and stack those bangles high with your message.  IDGAF or  a simple FUCK OFF necklace.  Of course its in capital letters because we are shouting our message.

So when I am in the local Costa Coffee tomorrow morning waiting for an over priced cup of caffeine no doubt moaning that the queue is too long.  Obviously I fret about getting a parking ticket because I have probably got my car bumper half an inch over the parking bay and I am flashing my HANGRY bangle at the poor Barista.  I will think about those that are far too anxious to leave their homes, or battle public transport to do even the simplest of tasks.

There are free helplines are there to help when you're feeling down or desperate, you are never alone and there is someone that loves you.  Please talk to someone that you trust.  While researching these phone numbers it reminded me of the marvellous job the NHS do so please talk to your GP and if you have done something stupid dial 999.  For further professional medical advice please read this article from the NHS website.
